My Page won't Load, or isn't Displayed Properly

If you are unable to load the page, or the formatting isn't showing correctly, we would recommend installing and attempting the interview using another web browser.


Our recommended web browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox:

NOTE: If you are using a mobile device, it is recommended that you use your device's native browser to conduct the video interview i.e. Google Chrome for Android devices and Safari for Apple devices. See "Completing your interview on a Mobile Device."

 

If using another web browser does not solve the issue, we would recommend:

  • Switching to another computer or mobile device
  • Connecting to another Wi-Fi network


If you are still unable to view the page correctly, please submit a support request by clicking on the "Submit a request" link at the end of this article. If you are able to, please include a screenshot of your full screen as this will help us assist you better.
