Your Vieple video interview can be completed on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android devices. This is a great alternative if you are having any computer issues, or don't have access to a computer with a camera and microphone.

To complete your interview, you can head to live.vieple.com using the default web browser on your device i.e. Safari for iOS and Google Chrome for Android.

iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad)

To complete your interview on an iOS device, you will need to use version 12.2 or newer of the Safari browser. To ensure your device is up to date, head to the Settings app, and tap on General > Software Update. This will update your device and make sure you have the compatible version.

You will also need to make sure that your Low Power Mode is set to Off:

Once you have updated your device, you can head to live.vieple.com using the Safari app to complete your interview.

Tap on the AA icon in the top-left and go to Website Settings to enable your camera and microphone access for Vieple.

Android Devices

To complete the interview using an Android Phone or Tablet, you will need to use the Google Chrome web browser.

Click on the Google Chrome icon on your device:

Once you have opened Google Chrome, you can head to live.vieple.com to complete your interview.

Troubleshooting:

Step 1	Open the Settings app on your device and check for any Software Updates. Tap to download and install any updates before proceeding to Step 2.
Step 2	Check the Play Store app on your device for updates for the Google Chrome app, and install them.
Step 3	Open Google Chrome and click on the icon in the top right and select Settings. Then go into Privacy and Clear Browsing Data.   For Time Range, select All Time and select Clear Data.
Step 4	Close All Tabs that you have open.
Step 5	Close all Apps on your device.
Step 6	Hold the Lock Button on the side of your device for 5 seconds, until you see the Power Off prompt appear on your screen.
Step 7	After your screen has been dark for 30 seconds, hold the Lock Button on the side of your device again until your phone restarts.
Step 8	Open Google Chrome, copy the link from your invitation, or log back in to your task at live.vieple.com
