The Activity isn't Displaying Properly

If you aren't able to view the images for your testing, or the formatting isn't displaying correctly, we would recommend installing and attempting the activity using another web browser. Please note that certain activities are not optimised for mobile, so display issues may be resolved on mobile by switching to a desktop or laptop device.


Our recommended browsers are Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox:

If using another web browser does not solve the issue, we would recommend:

  • Switching to another computer
  • If you are using a mobile device - try on a computer
  • Connect to another WiFi network
  • Connect using mobile internet
