The following instructions will show you how to register and access the system that you will need, in order to book in to an appointment. Please also refer to any instructions you have received in from your organization.
| 1 | If you haven’t created an account yet, you will need to follow the invitation link in your email and click “Click here to accept invitation” |  |
| 2 | Complete the required information on this screen and create a password that meets the rules. |   |
| 3 | Click ‘Send to Email’ to verify your account |  |
| 4 | Check your email for the verification code * Please allow up to 5 minutes to receive your verification code email. * If after 5 minutes you have not received a verification code via email, click ‘Resend Code’. |  |
| 5 | Input your verification code and click “Submit” |   |
| 6 | Click “Send to Mobile Phone” to receive your verification code via mobile phone Input the verification code from your mobile phone and click ‘Submit’ |   |
| 8 | Click “Submit” to create your account |  |
