Please follow the steps below if you are receiving the error message "An error has occurred the form has already been processed or no token was supplied, please try again."

  • Close all tabs including the one you have used to access your task
  • Close all apps including your web browser
  • Restart your device
  • Open your web browser to log back into your task
  • Try using another web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
  • Change internet connection if the issue persists (e.g. Mobile hotspot or an alternative Wi-Fi network)
